Hybrid Style Vinyl Fence Project

Fence comes in a wide variety of materials, styles, colors, heights and accents.  This is by design.  During the meeting with this homeowner, we discovered they were looking for primarily a full, pure privacy fence for the vast majority of the property perimeter.  However, they also wanted some more ‘open-ness’ and curb appeal for the front facing portion of the fence and a distinct, but decorative property divider extending from the sides on either side of their property.

After the meeting, Jeff made the recommendation of 6 ft vinyl privacy fence for the back and side perimeter.  Front facing sections and gates would be 5′ vinyl sections with 2 rail scalloped spindle toppers to allow better visibility, sunlight & airflow.  Next the recommendation for the front side yards was a sloped and scalloped picket fence to seamlessly transition from the backyard fence.  All in a 2-color style to complement the storage shed and home siding.
