Our customers often become customers because they saw the work we completed on their neighbors property. This client was unsure about fencing in his property because of the severe grade and undulating Hanover Township property. However, he had added a pool to his backyard and even though the township didn’t require a fence for an above ground pool, they wanted to play it safe. We had recently added an aluminum fence on his neighbors property and they saw the professional installation and finished product and contacted us to do the same, exact thing on their property!
After meeting with the homeowner and listening to his needs, Jeff totally agreed the aluminum, 3-rail fence was not only a good idea to match his neighbors fence, but also was a good choice for the uneven terrain of his property. Aluminum fence is a good choice if you want to avoid “stepping”. The open style fence also provided a non-obstructed view of his property and is virtually maintenance free.
We obtained permits from the township and began work immediately. The customer got approval from his neighbor to terminate the left side on his fence to their fence which not only saved him some money, but provided a seamless transition to the neighbors property.
We have completed many fence projects on hilly terrain, so this wasn’t too much of a challenge. Through proper surveying and planning, we installed the fence to evenly follow his undulating property.
