College Hill PA Cedar Fence Project

After meeting with the homeowner and understanding his vision, Jeff Mette provided the perfect solution that would blend natural distinction with durable security and complement the colors of his plantings, trees, paver walkway and home.

A red cedar privacy fence with spindle topping was recommended.  The historic look not only complimented his home, but also the heritage of the area, which is home to Lafayette College.  The natural wood construction was professional stained and waterproofed after construction and designed to blend perfectly with his dwarf red maples, pine trees, orange coral bells and other professional plantings.  While maintaining Easton’s height restriction of 6 ft., we also incorporated square closed spindle topping to allow more sunlight and airflow.  decorative hinges, federation-type post caps and durable, locking slide bolts for the gates completed the look and security of the project.

The fence was then professionally stained and thoroughly weatherproofed to perfectly match the surroundings, enhance the grain and provide maintenance-free durability.
